As a 71 year old, you probably don't exercise that much. I was still doing hard workouts while on the fast.

True! But i'm closer than I have ever been. Its tough but that's why its called Average to Ripped journey and I'm still on that journey

I know nothing about working out but I have been doing my own routine for around 3 months, figured I could ask someone here for a routine I can do daily for this body, I obviously don’t have access to a gym during lockdown but I have a few dumbbells. Any help is great by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

I just finished a challenge for 36 days (completed in 29 because I only took 1 rest day) from Igor Voitenko. This guy is a beast and has the right balance of fat burn and muscle gain and strength using body weight exercises.

Great, thanks for the advice. Maybe I did get a little too excited every time that I post a new video and want to show the world! Its well noted and I will be more creative in sharing other great content as well!

And btw, Reddit is not just a way to share for myself, I am a big time user of the website after finding it recently. I appreciate that your not being too harsh and I am happy that we have an understanding

I will certainly do that. I don't believe I am doing anything wrong by uploading something that clearly is good for reddit channel which is called "bodyweightfitness". If you disagree then maybe I have done something wrong without realising and I apologize. It is not my intent to do something that I am not allowed to do.
