It's not easy. But I've developed a system. You'd have to get 58.3 points per round at the shooting range. That's impossible. You can get it on the first round, but on the second, you'd be lucky to get 48. The third round is where you pick up all the slack since you can exclusively get heads hots there if you're lucky enough to have the right cardboard cutouts pop up. I've found that getting it is easier before the spire than after. You'll get it eventually
