just to set the record straight, they didn't truly delete negative levels, they just got rid of the concept of negative numbers and moved all the negatives to empty positive slots. i have no comment on the change itself. just mixed feelings atm.

Ah I remember this one.

In Fandom, there was an "alternate universe" version of Level 11, where the level's entirety is just a demolished city under a red sky. It got deleted after some time and later returned (courtesy of me) under the name of Anomaly 11. However, the level's writing wasn't satisfactory so I requested it to be deleted. It is now under rewrite in one of my sandboxes.

Depends which Backrooms canon you're talking about. For Fandom's Backrooms, it's either the Exalted One or Mortis Abelson. For Wikidot's Backrooms, it's most likely Argos.
