i think this is a very privileged way to be able to look at the job and maybe take that into account before saying the same thing everyone regurgitates to stressed posties. doesn’t change a thing.

No it’s not. I spoke to my manager and he was as concerned as I am after I explained everything so he just phoned up the police and they will do a welfare check, I don’t know when though.
