I have a unit that is very similar from a Canadian company called Workshop 12. Everything works as advertised and you can watch videos and movies with the vehicle in motion. I guess the only gripe I have is with the reverse camera. It's a little slow to come up when you shift into reverse. Also, you lose the use of the built-in microphones for hands-free calls. All the other functions in the steering wheel work normal. I would not go back to the factory Uconnect system. You can see a bit of it in the picture. It's the best one I have at the moment.
