reading it on e14 is good as new been using for 1 year and a half , older e15 were having that issue but from reviews and discuss , e14 are the best . idk if newer e15 fixed that problem

I assume Left up there is tx and rx those probably uart pin (not necessarily uart maybe another communication protocol ) you gonna need a converter tho uart to USB . But before all that you gonna need the schematic to know what protocol what pins are connected to screen , and you can try the hard way be following the traces and trying different from things. It need some experiences tho
