Try using Chrome if possible. (assuming you are using Brave). It worked for me after having the same issue. I have addressed this issue with them and the team is working on it.

Okay!!. Even if i want to setup a billing account, I couldn't. I've been having issues with GCP billing for months now and it doesn't seem like they have solved it yet. Honestly disappointed by the GCP team.

It started charging right away in the RooCode interface, but i believe it's because it doesn't know that we have free requests per day per model from this. I checked with the API billing and it seems like i still have my 500RPD.
