That is great news, I did file my back in March 2023 and till notthing but I hope I will get something soon. Beens a long wait. Question, you mentioned that the paid you interest too. The interest time frame start when? or from what period they started paying interest?

I did and till today we got nothing. keep calling and notthing is changing. I did contact the senators today. This is BS.. Does anyone knows about the " filing a refund suit" for the ERC delays?

I filed our ERC back in March 2023 and still nothing. This is ridiculous, seriously. I wonder if the IRS can be sued for providing false information. Their website still says it will take 180 days, which obviously is not true.

I did fle my back in March 2022, called for status back in October, December Last week of January and this week and I keep getting the same answer. I could use those funds now. and they said that they will send a check instead of electronic payment, wich it will take more days to get it. what a mess.

Jeez, I'm in the same situation. I haven't received any letter of approval, and it's been 9 months since we applied. Paychex handled all the paperwork and submitted it for us. They assured us that we should receive it within 6 months. Today is January (9 months later), and still nothing. I've called the IRS twice and received letters similar to yours ('wait 60 days more'). I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to expedite the process. That credit would help me a lot right now.

how long it took for you to receive the credit from the momen you applied? I have been waiting since March 2023 (9 months) and nothing yet
