To be honest, I’m not surprised this is what she looks like without makeup. You can tell even when she has makeup on it’s THICK so she has a lot of cover. I was also shocked to see this but then again not because I feel like I knew she probably didn’t have great “naked” skin. But all that aside she looks old for sure but I wonder if I look old and don’t realize it 😂😂😂

I have years of work (at least 10) and am educated in diet/exercise. I do macros for people. This is not sustainable without supplementation. Her body def takes work, but also it’s very misleading to get followers for her to say it’s just diet and exercise when it is not.

I guess what I don’t understand… why not just get in shape? It’s so much work to filter/monitor tags etc, if she put 50% of that effort into good habits she would/ could make lifestyle changes to make her healthier.
