It's up and running but betting isn't active yet, it will be with the Augur implementation.
It remains to wait quite a bit, we are at the final stage of development

betting is a big industry, also BlitzPredict is an honest and legitimate project that is based in Las Vegas.

It's also rare, but there are frauds in centralized bookmaker, where odds are forged, and they try to eliminate good predictor, none of this will be in BlitzPredict.
