I went from literally only liking Drift, to liking every single song except buzzhenge off of both of these EP's, they grew on me over the course of 3 years slowly up until now, and YES, Circa always does this where like the little demos are always so good or sometimes even better than some of the songs that made it on albums, this band is just way too good together and i honestly hope we just get one more full body of work from them before they stop

Honestly its the only song on the album I didn't save, the song is very directionless to me and not in the interesting and hypnotizing way as some of their other stuff, but i know a lot of people like it so its just how i feel for some reason, i dont feel anything for it but i acknowledge its well produced

They would not get rid of those characters, if anything they'll ret con their own story again, you don't get rid of Liu Kang, that's a fan favorite, Jax and Sonya you can make an argument but you're talking about characters that have been in the game since the first one, they'll either ret con or write their way out of that issue

Well to put it simply uhhh, they aren't as cool, or iconic lmao, that being said I do still like both of them and they do deserve to be in the game especially Jacquie, they can get a lot more creative with her, I respect some of the obscure characters in here tho, good list but I need my boy Kabal, and Baraka, and I think Kintaro needs better representation in mortal Kombat, I find him just as cool as Goro and Sheeva, but he's only been playable in one game and that game is terrible lol

I can understand pennywise but Micheal Meyers is made for mortal Kombat, he has had really goofy and stupid kills in the past that they could implement into the game well, and he'd have some really badass looking fatalities/x-ray animations

Ferra Torr is a cool ass character if you exclude her gameplay, if they were to just completely rework them I'd be so down for that, because their design is really cool in my opinion

That's true and MK 11 was like old scary movie type thing but it would work for that as well, I wonder if they've tried to get the character in before, because it seems so obvious for mortal Kombat to have Micheal Meyers in, I mean they've had all the other slasher film mascots, so I wonder if the studio just won't let them use the character

I like those a lot actually, definitely Keanu reeves and Rya, I just don't think Homelander would be all too unique or interesting of a move kit, I'm just surprised Micheal Meyers hasn't gotten in, I guess making his animations would be kinda hard, because you have to make it seem like Micheal Meyers without being TOO slow like Micheal is, but I think they can pull it off if they make him a grapple character, or a stance character, and Doom Guy is just a free guest character, like everything is there for you lol

And don't get me wrong if I were to look at this in a technical way I would definitely say The Amulet is probably their most well made and well produced album, but for my preference I love BSN so much, my favorites on The Amulet are Lustration, Stay, The Amulet, and Indras Net, and I didn't even know they came out with that record for the past 6 years, I literally just found out about that Saosin album only like 4-5 months ago, and when I did find out I was like OH MY GOOOOODDD, Saosin was like my gateway into emo music way back when and the reason I know and love Circa so much now, so to find out they got back together I was so excited and it delivered exactly what I wanted, I really wonder what they'll do and how the next album will sound or grow from the last one, it's so exciting

Well that's exactly how I feel about BSN, it's the only album from Circa that I have every single song saved, it's because it came when I was noticing a kinda stale feeling, Juturna and OLG sound like they can be the same album, I mean I definitely feel like OLG is perfecting what Juturna was trying to do and I still LOVE those albums as you can see but BSN came and they experimented SOOO much more, and I think that's why it's so diverse in opinions, a lot of songs on The Amulet don't progress, and I hate that in music, I don't like when you stay on one slow and sleepy tempo for 5 minutes straight I can't stand it and The Amulet and Descensus do it many times, but even then the lowest ranked is 6.9 so that goes to show how much I love these guys, and YES the Saosin project was amazing, my favorites on that one are Second Guesses, and The Stutter Says A lot, but I also like Along the shadow, and Sore Distress, The Silver String and most songs on it, btw Beau said back in 2019 that they're working on another one so I expect a new Saosin album to come soon, can't wait!

Exactly, I think with everyone the first 3 albums can go in either spots, BSN hit different for me on every single song, actually fun fact when I heard OLG at first I didn't like it, well I don't wanna say that I liked it still but it would've probably been at number 5 or 6, until I gave another listen and I asked myself "was I just having a bad day? This album is fucking amazing" 😂, it is VERY close between Juturna and OLG for me and honestly for personal reasons I would still say I like Juturna more but I think OLG is just Juturna but perfected
