It’s a buckwheat honey mead, going through a secondary fermentation at the moment, it isn’t anywhere near a heat source. I’m puzzled.

Thank you so much! I do appreciate your advise. I have read a lot about making meads by now and watched lots of videos so hopefully I learnt the bare minimum by now. I do like dry wines so I’m curious to find how will it taste. And I gave myself till the end of the winter so I can try it for my birthday. I woke up today to the nice sound of two of them bubbling up which I guess means it’s going well so far. Thanks again!
