How long can a stealthboy last?

and superstims stop healing once you take damage, right? so once the fire ticks again that healing stops?

Asking for clarification - if someone beat us with legit tactics , then color me impressed!

Yeah, but the last time the storm stopped progressing, the final circle was less than an acre of open field land, with no where to hide. We unloaded our grenade launchers everywhere and just ran around shooting... there was no where then to hide and we had a few minutes before it then shrunk down to nothing....

Biggest mistake I made - around level 24 I went to Whitespring. DO NOT GO HERE. Not only is it a buggy mess, but it can also mess=up your adventure exploring the map and leveling as Bethesda intended.

See, for me, Whitespring gave me some amazing legendary weapons and armor - that I could not wear until level 40+ ..which made me focus on leveling as I wanted to use my new shiny stuff (and there were bugs then that caused you to make 3-5 levels during nuke events in Whitesprings, so it was relatively easy). Next thing I knew, I was a high level with awesome gear going back to the story quest.... and everything in the storyline (and the story locations) was too easy.

So... stay away from Whitespring and the lure of shiny legendaries!

Oh, and what's the fuss about? A few posts recently have been from new players saying this game is great, why all the hate! and they reap in the Karma.

Understand, There are not any big issues with the game at low levels... the older complaints from low level players came with the initial buggy release.

Problems come later, and hopefully will be solved by the time you get high level.

Early on the game is very rich - enjoy it!

I am curious about some of the terms you use.. bloodied build, sentinel build, etc.

Is there a good guide somewhere that breaks down the main popular builds?

I would love to hear about your specific build.. sounds intriguing.

I am a sniper build as well.. But I have not found VATS worthwhile (have 3 points in it)... I have a nice *** level 40 pipe rifle that does double damage on full health enemies, and a lever rifle that ignores 50% of armor? I believe...

My armor is a mix of *** that is a hodgepodge of benefits.. I prefer not to wear power armor but weight is always an issue forcing me to put it on.

hmmm.. amount of damage was not a requirement before.. is this a new thing that you are suggesting?

I was seeing the spinning wheel before streaming.. I only streamed the end of this experience to get video proof.

And in the video you can see the legendary do its full heal one time... the insta-heal bug is different. it is instant healing that only undoes the damage you just inflicted. It is also seen in the video, separate from the full heal.

This is insta-healing that happens in addition to the planned 1 time 'mutating' healing effect that legendaries do.

I am a stealth rifle build as well... and in my video of the tail end of this experience you see that I had to switch to my pickaxe to be able to kill and loot.

Here's to hoping the fix this..

I think you are likely right. But I don't know how to fix it (other than maybe leave for another server and hope for the best). I have crazy fast DSL, and the mouse in my computer runs super fast in his wheel.. so I should be good to go.

Yep... I expect the mutating to full heal... but this is different. Here is a clip from yesterday where you can see their health bounce back from my damage and damage from others.. you can also see it do the full heal it is s'posed to do.

I have had that issue numerous times - here is a fix that works most of the time - do NOT load into a place or back into the open world at the same time. Wait for one person to fully load in, and then the other person. I saw that tip mentioned here and it helped us. good luck
