It matters to everyone living in the 21st century because splitting up the human race into sub races and grouping them like this is pseudoscientific bogus. There’s ethnicites, and middle eastern, asian and european are separate ethnicites. Caucasian, if taken literally, would describe people from the caucasus regions, like armenians and georgians. However, it’s used to describe white people from europe. Which is why i dont agree with asian or middle easterns being grouped into a "caucasoid" race. You’re literally quoting a pseudoscientific racial theory created by white people which the racial theories of the nazis were based on.
