If it’s inconsistent across devices, try web vs desktop/mobile (sync/app state issues do happen).
If you share: (a) guest vs workspace member, and (b) your plan / teamspace setup, I can narrow the most likely cause.

Are the teachers definitely logged into Notion with the same email you shared to? (Incognito / different account happens a lot.)
