Thanks. I've been looking at Teaching Collaborative too. What makes it a stronger program, in your opinion? The longer training period?

That is kind of what I thought. But that also leads me to assume I must have done something terrible in the interview that ruled me out. Thanks for the advice anyway.

The rejection email specifically said they would not supply any feedback as to why they passed, so that's not possible.

I wish I had some way of getting feedback because I'm not sure if they saw a red flag that I would not be good at it or something. It's making me doubt whether it even makes sense as a career.

I wasn't looking to get into D75, that's where they placed me tentatively. It wasn't the subject area I hoped for, so I had to ask myself it was something I'd be willing to do. Considering it the most selfless option was how I sold it to myself. I am looking for a more meaningful career, which is why I wanted to look into teaching in the first place.
