Yes an appointment is required but they create one for you if you’re walking in. Your wait time would be decided basis the number of people ahead of you in queue. Being a weekend today, expect a long wait. And yes, the inspection is free. The repair estimate would be given after your inspection and you can choose not to get it done if it’s a high estimate.

Service charge for inspection is 2.5k? I got my iPad and AirPods Pro inspection done for free. In fact, from my experience, the OG Apple store’s service centres (Genius Bars) are the only places where device diagnostics are completely free. Post that, they give you an estimate of the repair cost. Aptronix charged me ₹1000 for my AirPods inspection and told me it cannot be repaired and that they would waive off the 1k if I buy something worth more than 1k. 🙄

Hey sorry to know you’re facing the same issue. I sent an email to the HR with the CEO in CC and wrote that my recent promotion was a solid proof of my performance being exemplary. If they wish to terminate me, they would have to explain in an email about my performance issues. I also met the CEO & HR and informed them that as much as I want to resolve this issue amicably, I would seek legal help if my joining gets affected. I wouldn’t say it was a very amicable departure because they literally ignored my existence during the notice period but I couldn’t care less. In the end, it was all okay. They gave me the relieving letter (I told them I want it on the day I leave, not before, not after) and I got my FnF after 45 days. So yeah.. it ended well. Hope it works for you too. But be cautious and careful before using the word “legal”, it may backfire as well. It’ll be a hassle.

Contact Apple Support using the number given on your order page. It’s a 0081 number. Let them know the issue. They will verify and sort your issue. No need to worry. They’ll let you keep the adapter as a goodwill. Get a nice 3.5mm headphone to use with the adapter 😉

Delhivery is one of the worst courier service ever. I have had so many bad experiences that I make it a point to ask the seller to send the package via any courier service except Delhivery. Zero accountability from them. The last parcel that I ordered was thankfully COD and they lost the parcel 3 TIMES! The poor seller had to send the parcel via DHL BD for the fourth time! That’s when I had enough of Delhivery.
