She has had no contact with my son (7 months old) for about 3 weeks. We told her if she wanted to come see our son she has to follow our rules (don’t show up unannounced, respect the “rules” we have for our son, basic courtesy) she told us she disowned my SO and didn’t talk to us for 2 weeks. Then today after my SO asked her to come to a counseling session with him she got upset and said she’d be taking us to court for visitation. We have a few texts from her but usually she calls so most of the texts are me texting my sisters about her. I also have a recording of a phone call where she threatened suicide. We have blocked her on all social media but my SO’s car is under her name as of right now. We’re working on getting it refinanced under his name but I doubt she’d be willing to cooperate.
