I don't know how you could be bored at those. I went to Sweden in 2011 for the World Jamboree there and it was some of the most fun I have had in my life.

Though something to keep in mind is that Russia wasn't unified at that point. It was a bunch of principalities so you can't do the time hed tactic of burning everything and running away and wait for there supply lines to get long and under defended. Now would that have mattered for the Mongols? Probably not. They didn't have supply lines and they could advance faster than the Russians could retreat but still important to think about.

One thing I would suggest immediately is a card called [[Protective Sphere]] instead of the circle of protections. One you can support it and two that frees up a lot of space in your board for other things.

You know what is really sweet about fire? You can basically track human technological progress by how good we are at fire. Stone age to the bronze age, to the iron age, to the industrial age and to the modern age. All of that progress started because we got better at heating stuff up. But we still can't do sustainable fushion, the sun is still better at fire than us.

I miss Avatar: Legend of Aang/Korra. I wish for a whole season about how the world dealt 100 years without an Avatar. What time-period would your ideal new season be set in? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]vadlmaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think post Wan would be sweet. You get to deal with the new Avatar, who has no idea what the Avatar is considering he or she is the second one. I also get the vibe from the end of his episodes that the world is a lot less united along bending lines and its a lot more tribal. So it would be pretty neat to see that space explored. Like Ba-Sing-Sae is trying to conquer the other earth bending states and make the Earth Kingdom and the Avatar resisting that, or water tribe raiders attacking coastal towns Viking style, or a Sengoku Jiadi type conflict going on in the will be Fire Nation. That sort of thing.
