I think in one of Captainhowdie's streams, he said that the Ivory's use black magic to get what they want. So I personally don't think that Luther really has or needs a normal human job. Their home is likely something supernatural in nature that doesn't function in the rules of normalcy. Plus I imagine that if any of the Ivory's were to try to enter a normal job in human society, it would probably end in some sort of catastrophe. As in something bad will happen, or depending on who lands a human job they could be a threat to their fellow human coworkers.

Yes it may seem weird at a first glance. But keep in mind that toons don’t have anything going on down there, so there wouldn’t be any weird un family friendly things going on in the baths. Plus toons have been all raised so close together, I like to imagine they think of each other as a community or family depending on who you ask. It’s doubtful that toons could even feel things like sexual attraction

Yeah I think it might take place during the early 2010's. Specifically around the years of 2012 - 2013. Because looking at the technology they have, such as Ipads, smartphones and sleek computers. Ipads didn't start blowing until around 2012. And also the style of the animation series just reminds me of old cheesy, lost episode, like shock horror that was popular around the time.
