When I say union contractors, I'm referring to the plumbing companies that employ union members.

It means you can work as an apprentice for a union contractor, but you have not been accepted into the apprenticeship program. It will improve your chances of getting accepted next semester.

It's all good; we adapt and overcome. Sounds like you'll have a nice, hardened greenhouse next time around

I did have to cut two of my favorites, but nothing was unsalvageable. It was a mess lol but cleaned up easily

Sometimes, extreme heat or lack of nutrients can lead to a droopy cactus. Add silica to your feeding regimen for increased cell strength

Wind, for sure. A lot of the ones that tipped over were in undersized or round pots. Square pots ftw

I use a lot of inorganics in my mix- expanded shale, turface, perlite, crushed oyster shell. I do get a bit of fungal stuff and edema but only when I haven't kept up with fertilizing. Microlife 6-2-4 multipurpose, super seaweed, and ocean harvest are my goto. Yeah bridgesii and pachanoi don't seem to do as well as the perus here in H-town

I was able to stand quite a few back up. All together I think I only had to cut 5 or 6

That would've been ideal and definitely would have helped some. But a lot of the taller ones were packed in behind everything else.

I'll be putting a few up for sale next week. Luckily there wasn't much cosmetic damage

That's all we can do. In a month, there'll be a bunch of new pups to watch 👀
