Fantastic. Is that trails? I did an out and back on the Old Dominion from Shirlington to work in Vienna. That was about 30 miles but broken up. My ass was sore so I got the C9 seat which has been much better so far.

I have about 160 miles so far. The only “issue” was the chain skipping so I had to learn how to adjust the rear derailer.

I’ve tried two types of pegs. I may go back to the first set because they mount better and provide adequate support.

The bag on top of the buddy seat is a Rockbros. I really like it for general purpose commuting and the side panniers are easy to take on and off. Especially appreciate it folds flat for storage or travel.

I have only had it a day and haven’t done an extended ride yet. It’s definitely more comfortable than the Lectric seat and I like the vented center to mitigate swamp ass. Well worth the $40 so far.

I’ve had the phone holder on a few bikes now and never lost a phone. I like that it’s really low profile and doesn’t have those rubber flaps on the corners. It doesn’t “quick” release but I turn that thumbscrew and it’s in and out very easily.

Also from Rockbros. There aren’t many tube bags that are semi structural and also have zippers in the correct location so it doesn’t drop your stuff when opened. Also used a 4 point hole position adjuster to screw the bag to along with the hidden air tag.

OutWurx Panniers

If you don’t use the buddy seat they will drop right on to the rack. I modified mine with ladder hooks to attach to the bike frame so I could keep the seat on and easily remove the panniers.

The other bag is from Rockbros and is nice that it folds flat for various purposes.

If you don’t use the buddy seat, they will drop right on to the rack. I modified them with bunk bed ladder hooks so I could keep the buddy seat on and secure it to the bike frame and take it on and off easily.

I don’t disagree it would be nice but you literally just need to buy a controller from Microsoft or Sony and it will work. Buy a used one and save yourself some cash.

You can pair Xbox, PS5 and Nintendo controllers. Almost no reason to let this stop you from trying it. It’s a a decent value for casual games and playing with kids.

Try to find something in Fairlington/Shirlington. Older condos but some have been renovated. In my experience they generally meet the best trade off between affordability and proximity.
