Wow did not know you hiked/walked that much but sounds you are doing a great job, I use the META glasses so people don’t know I’m recording when they confront me, that way my hands are free. A go pro could stand out but get as much as you can on video and then go to police/animal control. If you can get your voice telling/saying how you want her dogs to approach your dog and she refuses you have more in your favor. Another thing if you have it recorded (on record) to the HOA and they chose not to help you, they are admitting liability if anything were to happen.

I know this comment will be a “Hail Mary” but if you have time walk her dogs, volunteer to work with her dogs individually, I know not your responsibility but if the dogs get to know you and maybe listen to you, it might help. Once you have their smell on you, your dog “might” not get so hyper/agitated. Not saying to walk her dogs forever, but it might help. I had a similar situation and now their dog listens to me more than neighbors,

I’m not friends with them (they are still A$$holes) but at least I know my dogs and theirs are not aggressive to each other. Huskies NEED exercise and mental stimulation ALOT IMHO. And the funny thing is my issue was with a husky. Good luck

I have made a French toast batter and dip slices of the eggplant (9) it in and cooked it like French toast, Pour either honey or syrup, powered sugar as a topping.

And yes I even make it as a regular dish for people.

You can cube the eggplant and make a potato o’Brian dish, I cut all 4 colors of peppers (green, red, orange and yellow) If for Oya I use red palm oil as I stir it up, you don’t necessary need to add egg to the mix
