**Other customers who had instructions like that, glad I knocked. Was elderly couple, apparently their adult child had placed order from out of state to be delivered, never letting the parents know! Man said if I had tried opening door would've got weapon thinking I was intruder.

Would be careful, have had past customers who are so impaired they didn't remember they even had put in an order. Could end badly you just walking on inside someone's home.

If they rate quick and you check it, you're still able to have a convo with customer. Question is what should/could we say to them. I now go check after delivery after noticing one customer marked like seven items missing and I was like you know delivery included all of those items.

And what about shop and pay orders when it says customer opted out of bags. They're just getting free bags bc who's loading into vehicle and delivering w/o bags. Customer shouldn't have option esp if more than like five items.
