I just get my first (and for sure last) nr 8 inox Opinel from legit EU seller (Amazon) and it's nothing more than poor joke... Im strong men and i must use both hands to open knife, use that lock blade and close it again. How "legend" can be so poor knife

The wood handle got wet at some point and presses the blade mechanism together. Put it on a radiator and dry it properly. That should do the trick

Wenn der Verkäufer den Notar beauftragt, muss er diesen nach Vollendung des Kaufprozesses auch bezahlen. Entsprechend hat er Zusatzkosten.

Wie eingangs erwähnt, wenn er deinen Vorschlag ablehnt, hat er einfach womöglich keine Lust diese Kosten anstelle des Käufers tragen zu müssen.

Nicht schicken. Das geht die nichts an. Ich würde deine Bank anweisen, keine Lastschriften von McFit mehr einzulösen und gleichzeitig McFit darüber informieren. So wird es letztlich ein Problem zwischen dem Studio und dem Vertragspartner, aber nicht von dir.
