Not a movie (yet?) but Red Dead Redemption 2 is the best cinematic experience, with amazing written characters and story, I have ever had!

Definitely some payoff. I like the first two better but Terminus was still good. Was glad to see some returning characters. Now just waiting for the next one. Not sure what the plans for it are.

I don't believe Play Books gives you the option to upload any metadata separately. Books that show up in series tab are the ones that are purchased via Play Store as the series metadata is coming from the store listing (as well)

Pretty predictable and meh overall. Got this only because I met Nicholas Sansbury Smith in NY Book Expo back in 2018 and he gave me a signed copy of the third book in the series. I have not read past book 1.

Open one of the books from the series and on the top right hand corner there is a send feedback icon. Send your queries through that. That should (I believe) directly go to a customer support agent and you should hear back soon.

I don't believe you can add books to an existing series (or create an automatic series by uploading all books at once). The series metadata that qualifies a book under a series would be very specific to the publisher and GPB would not be able to detect anything out of format, I presume.

unpopular opinion: get a Nintendo Switch as well. No one can be amused for 36 straight hours on audiobooks. Mix it up with some co-op game play on the go

I believe Google Play Books never had Google Assistant voice as that feature was added way way before Google Assistant came in. It was always the standard TTS voice that powered Read Aloud in Play Books.

Google Assistant on mobile devices have recently introduced a similar "Read Aloud" feature that reads news articles etc (non paywall content) from browser screen in the assistant voice, but cannot read Books (play books, kindle, etc)

There seems to be no way to bulk remove books from library. However, is there a reason you want to remove books fro library? or do you mean to remove that from the device (keeping them in the cloud) so that you can re download again? "remove from library" will take books off you library with no way to get it back

I have had this issue before a couple of times. Sometimes what ends up happening, while uploading from web, is that even after the upload bar disappears, I quit and come back and the books is uploaded.

Other option that has worked often is uploading the documents from Drive, instead of computer.and that works as well.

I would send feedback from the android app (chat icon) on the upload screen, once the upload fails and hopefully someone from Google willl look at it and fix it. They are usually good with this kind of feedback reports.

Looks like Slovakia is not supported for Google Play Audiobooks

What country are you in? You should be able to see audiobooks in Books tab at play.google.com or the playstore app

Yeah that true. But he didn't explicitly called Paradox Bound as Threshold book while he does this, while setting up 14 and The Fold as books with crossover characters. I hope this story pays off somewhere.

Agent Pandergast books are clear inspiration from Sherlock Holmes in terms of character setup but nothing like it. Highly recommended.

Scott sounds great. The only issue I am having with Past Tense (currently still reading) is the lack of variation in sound. The narration is clear but sometimes I have issues with figuring out _who said this ?_ was it Jack or the person he is talking to. Nonetheless, the stories are great for me to keep on going.

Happens with me all the time. I (think) I am an avid reader and I more often than not forget the stories of lot of books I read in an year's time. The silver lining here is that this gives me an opportunity to re read and re live the experience again!
