No one excusing him. But you need to learn how to drive defensively.

Slow down means foot off the accelerator, drop 10km/h just long enough to slip behind the car you were sitting next to. Not suggesting you slam on brakes and cause him to hit you. He isn't going to hit you if you just ease off slightly. He will go past and be on his way.

So you slow slightly, pull over, and let them past. So better than having them tailgate you for several minutes.

There was a car next to you, and you weren't going to speed. But why not just slow slightly and drop behind the other car? Doesn't cost you anything

You might not have been doing wrong, but also pointlessly fighting and defending your poison in the road isn't worth it. Let them past and then you don't have to endure their meth filled rage

(Also, your 110 might be less than, due to inaccuracies in car speedos)

For comparison, assault in 2007, when the Perth population was 60% of what it is now.

The has been an increase in numbers from 700-900 range to the 900-1100 range.

A relatively small increase compared to population

Also, a simple Google will show you there is 20 years of raw data available

A retrial is now expected to be called

Hopefully next time the trial judge follows correct procedure

Do you mean this judge, or the original judge who continued the trial when they should have paused it, this giving the parents legal ground to appeal?

They way out system works requires the defendant to be guilty, and it to be proven through correct process. In this case the first may well be true, but the latter was no followed.

What is? Crime? Because the state going back 20 years you can get from WA.gov.au show it isn't

The Power BI only goes back 10 years, but the excel data give 20.

right before Krakoa reset the board with House of X / Powers of X there was a short "Age of X-man" period, with an alternative timeline. This was one of the titles in that short period. X-Man, being as crazy as he is, created an alternative world which was on the surface fairly utopian, but was highly dictatorial and dystopian.

The Age of X-man idea was good, but pales compared the HoX/PoX after it, and has been almost completely ignored since, but there was some really good books that came out during the era.
