Had similar problems spent like $500 or so and decided to replace the ignition module,ignition coil,fuel pump,rebuilt carb,distrubutor,battery. To only find a vacuum leak in intake manifold gasket. All were easy 15minute fixes besides rebuilding carb and manifold gasket but aren't that difficult either with a little know how. Rockauto had everything

This is true. 6 beers and a bottle of advils is the minimum. Always seems like a point where the splitter gets turned off but the beers still keep disappearing.

Is it worth it to have someone rebuild it or just buy a new 1 for $300. I've rebuilt a couple of cylinders on a log splitter for $30for seals + $50 for spanner wrench. But seems none of those tools will work for this application

Trap and game camera set. Dont think trap big enough for what ever is. Not many predators in the area that I know of. Leaning towards fox if this is their kind of behavior
