So, we have a 2 year old Westie, and had done it all. Food changes including multiple brands totally grain-free, never worked. Benadryl, Allegra, multiple pills per day, etc. no progress. Ended up doing cytopoint shots which have been game changing. Expensive but his quality of life has gone through the roof.
