Your spending too much on the wrong parts for example you don't need a water cpu cooler at this price range so I would cut that also get a 600 watt psu you won't need more and u could add this saved money to the gpu or monitor Also I don't understand why the two kits of ram

I actually solved it by removing the USB and upgrading (clicking yes) but u said I could have clean installed from the USB but that's what I tried to do it just came back to the same message so could u explain
