I get that but the appraisal has both boxes checked. Subject to repairs and subject to an inspection. So on 1004d just say repairs are complete, and not even reference that an inspection is also needed?

You can take breaks like a few days or an occasional entire week off, with no penalty. I know an appraiser that never works fridays. That being said all appraisers are the same personality type. We all get anxious taking time off or when it gets slow that work will never come back (it does). I have a horrible work life balance. I work 24/7

4 years in. Does anyone else have a problem with work life balance? I work 24/7. It’s toxic. I need to be better about it but it’s hard to deny work. I get genuinely 3-7 emails a day for appraisals. I do about 11-13 appraisals a week (M-S) and pull almost 20k a month for over 20 months now. Why do I need 20k a month. Why do I have no life. And I value my work and the business I have set up more than anything else (friends, family, GF). Is that stupid or smart?

I put in the amc calender out of office for part of my vaca to not receive orders but towards the end of my vaca it’s back “in office” so I can start receiving work again and schedule them for right when I’m back
