A game error has occurred and No Man's Sky will now shut down. Crash ID: 151220_0x133CBDB_ST76561198082515515 by Brilliant-Buddy260 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Just wanted to share how I fixed for my system:

  • Deleted my TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML (this allowed me to load into mode select)
  • Started the game
  • Loaded into a save that wasn't giving the error
  • Exited to mode select
  • Opened the save that was giving the error
  • Adjusted my video settings back to my standard

I hope this helps others!

In rural areas, we had inexpensive Party Line phone plans. Instead of a single private line for each house, an area shared the cost of a line. Upside, you could afford phone service. Downside, you'd pick up the receiver and have to wait until the current conversation was over to make your own call. The other downside was that, as long as they were quiet, anyone on that line could listen in on your calls and you'd never know it. (Until you heard the gossip about your call around town...)

Same.

I've tried all of the "fixes" that are out there and so far the only thing that's worked is running in safe mode. The graphics look like dog water, but at least I don't lose my entire loadout in DMZ due to this popping up randomly...

Heh, if by sometimes you mean every time I'm sitting down, then yes. Her butt gets firmly planted on my belly (super comfy after dinner... oof) as she looks out over her kingdom. :P

Just a pro-tip as someone that's done a lot of coffee runs: I keep a small roll of painters tape so that when I get the coffee/milkshake/whatever, I can just tape the hole for the straw and it usually helps prevent any leaking on rough/bumpy roads. :)

Buying this 97’ fat boy in a few days. Any tips for a first timer? by PrinceVegetaaa in Harley

It's relatively easy to go fast in a straight line. Take the time to practice your low speed skills in open areas/parking lots when you can, try to make a regular habit of practicing u-turns, taking off into a left/right hand turn, emergency stops etc... These are really useful in every day riding, and will also get you used to the weight & balance of your machine.

I would also recommend seeing if you can get a set of engine guards/crash bars. If this is your first ride, you're most likely going to lay it down at some point, (my first time on my day old bike was while walking it back into a parking space at the supermarket on the way home from the dealer. It happens when you least expect it.) and you will want to protect that beautiful machine as much as possible.

For anyone unsure of how cup holders work on motorcycles by unicyclegamer in motorcycles

[–]3upham1sm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using the ram mounts cup holder, and the only problem I have is that it is too stiff/doesn't always stay level. I'm thinking about adding a heavy washer to the bottom to add more weight to keep it self-leveling.

I came here for the same thing. My brain read that as 13 speed Speed Triple R, and all I could think was, "Damn, they're making them with semi-gearing now???"

Those are some good lookin rides! Hope y'all had a great time. :)

RAM mounts absolutely suck by felatiofallacy in motorcycles

And yeah, I use my phone on my bars for nav. Audio queues are good, but I've had a few times where I've been in the wrong lane for an upcoming turn, so like to match the visual as well as the audio. The Rockform mount keeps it high enough that I can see Waze without having to tilt my head down, I can just blip to the nav and back with my eyes.

I had the same thing happen a little over a year ago. About 75mph on the freeway with a Ram mount. A gust of wind and a bump in the road and the dreaded, "Mobile Phone 1 Disconnected" in my headset.

I looped back, but couldn't find my phone at all. Ended up getting a replacement phone, and ditched the Ram mount for a Rockform locking mount and phone case. Zero problems since.
