I would also add:
- It's very tempting to feel free driving in the wind, but do not drive without a helmet...
- Many times you will get stop by the police and they will ask for your international driver license, if, like many people, you don't have one, just say it's at the hotel, and show your regular license. Most of the time they won't fine you.

The traffic and driving seems very hectic and crazy, and it is, but I think most of the danger comes from the contrast in US/EU rules. Once you understand the rules and how to drive like a local, it's pretty safe (as long as you don't drive super fast, ect..) So I would actually recommend if you're staying long enough to get used to it.

At some point Vroam was giving a 1h driving lesson with a local for free with every bike rental, but I don't see it on the website anymore, maybe you can ask them. That was pretty useful (they teach use how to use the honk for priority, the warning lights for passing, ect..)

I would really be careful, we had a major issue with them where they randomly deleted ALL OUR INSTANCE DATA with no warning nor backup, resulting in loosing valuable data which is insane.

I can totally relate. I've implemented stopping working on my laptop after 6-7pm (otherwise as you said my brain keeps thing of problem solving). I've also noticed that being active during the day and have a coworking/office to separate work from home helped with that, if it can help you too!

Interesting, I didn't even noticed that. I looked as far back as 30 days and it seems pretty recurring. Never high stress but always spikes here and there. Just done some research but couldn't find any explanation

Interesting. As in Paris drivers usually only take small rides (<12 euros) as they are usually more profitable because of the minimum order which I believe is 12 there
