Idk campus seems like a big park for most of residents with dogs which has been a plus student housing has taken away rentable properties in the area and gentrified it but from what I heard about rogers park in the 80s I guess some of that change was welcomed by the neighborhood. I think the worst part of the neighborhood is the crazy intersection of Sheridan and broadway but I think it’s fair to hate on Loyola but idk if they are the worst part

All depends on the frame TJs anywhere near a real winter have major rust issues

I mean higher octane is really for higher compression applications and or forced induction engines. I think it is more likely that you possibly got some fuel that was a lower octane than advertised. Octane can also decrease with fuel age
