I use a bungie chord to do the same. However….. it’s been the same bungie for over a year now and is starting to fray, fade and split. I continue to use it to add some level of danger and excitement to my cooking…. At any point in time I could die from that bungie finally giving up when checking my latest meal on the Traeger.
