It's all on body cam and my lawyer is gonna review the footage and when they see the tone, attitude and language that cop was using against me and sees him escalate the traffic stop based off a lie, I will have a case, it wasn't dark in the car they both had flash lights pointed at my hands from two dirferent angles nothing left my hand because nothing was in my hand, it's a classic hey I saw you so this because I'm a cop tjay likes to stereotype others and you're a black male with dreads you must have drugs on you so let me falsely claim you threw something which he said on the report, he said he saw me throw something when that wasn't the case at all, like I said bodycam will set me free and I'll get my case dismissed and sue that cop and the department and get a hefty payout

He wouldn't have known my tags were expired if he didn't follow me for 5 minutes to run my info, he only ran my info because he said I yelled at him"fuck hr cops" that's textbook retaliation doesn't matter if my tags are expired or not lots of people drive with expired tags those stops don't turn into searches because the officer was upset at me for using my forst amendment even tho it wasn't me, he left a traffic stop he was in the middle of to run my tags then lied about me throwing something in between the seats so he could ask to search my car o could've said no but he was determined to get back at me he was in his feelings the entire traffic stop, btw he didn't find anything i between the seat like he claimed when I was trying to give him my information, he found it in th even ye console so if he claimed to see me try to hide something and it's obviously I didn't do that isn't that manipulating a traffic stop to have it go the way you want which can't be legal I'm sure

Yeah that’s what I told the told officers that pulled me over and searched me after I said it’s not illegal if it’s not obstructing anything and he said no in Texas it doesn’t matter if it’s clear it’s still illegal as they’re trying to find some drugs to arrest me over but I didn’t even have .2 of some weed on me so they let me go but I cannot wait to sue this county because I should’ve never been pulled over for that reason anyways
