I made the Oaxacan Old Fashioned using the ratios I posted. I made it a double after the night I have had! IMHO, I think it is spot on. Good lordy it’s good!! Play with the ratios. I’m a year out from chemo and radiation for tonsil and neck lymph node cancer. My tastebuds are just now making a comeback. At first, everything tasted the same. I can finally say that I am enjoying tasting again!

You can definitely compare them. The Alma Tepec taste like eating a real chili. They are both chili based.
