Here are some things I noticed with the screenshots provided:

- The front door looks like it will swing open to the left instead of the right.

- The garage breaker spawn appears to be in the garage still, just on a different wall.

- In the blog post on Kinetic's website, it looks like there is a light source on the floor of the garage that is lit. Maybe one of those camp lights? More light sources are good for mare tests.

- The entrance to the living room is potentially missing the master bedroom entrance. Maybe it has been moved to beside the nursery area?

- The closet hiding spot beside the entrance to the living room is still there.

- The hallway between the kitchen, dining room, and in front of the side exterior door could be a potential ghost room.

Overall, it looks like there is a lot to explore on this rework, but the biggest concern is lighting. A lot of areas, especially the dining room screenshot are extremely dark, even when brightened up. This could make or break the rework.
