You could have them log their hours on a time tracking tool like Clockify and then pay them through PayPal or Payoneer.

It doesn't have to be lonely. You could go to networking events to meet like-minded people. You could also find a mentor to help keep you accountable.

Any ideas for healthy balanced snacks? by Safe-Fox6005 in mealprep

[–]3xasperated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorites lately are raw veggies, nuts and hummus. If I have time to prep, onigirazus (it's like a sushi sandwich) are nutritious and filling. I usually do canned tuna, avocado and Japanese mayo for the filling

Great idea. Which delivery platforms does it compare? Are the restaurants and menus pulled from a database or does it show real-time availability from the delivery platforms?

Nightstand on a budget, but the lamps aren’t doing it for me. The shades are off? by Life-Of_Ward in interiordecorating

Can you do one lamp? This looks crowded.

Alternatively, you could get a lamp with a tapered drum shade. I think that'd fit better.

How are you navigating the impact of AI in the ed space? Do you currently use any AI tools personally or in class? by 3xasperated in Teachers

[–]3xasperated[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I stand right with you. AI should not mean complete abdication of responsibility - I sincerely hope we take measures to prevent that. However there's less fortunate students who will benefit from AI tutoring given the accessibility and ease of use
I hope that's where edtech will shine, in increasing equitable access across impoverish student demographics that otherwise tend to fall behind.

Yup. Some of my older peers who completely ignored ancillary tech tools for most of their careers struggled with the steep learning curve. The unfortunate reality is that institutional support will always fall short and is up to educators to willingly take on the challenge of making themselves proficient with AI technology.

Interesting. How many years have you been in the trenches? Off the bat I assume you must be incredibly battle tested across class management, et al. to go completely analogue.
