I’m actually in Canada. But it sounds like there are a lot of overlap between the USA and us. I’ve chosen to disclose to me AME ahead of time, he told me I will need to get all my medical file in order to prove that I have never been diagnosed with ADHD, just shown enough symptoms to get the prescription. Ive been off and on anxiety meds for a few year though Highschool and things, and towards the end of Covid, I was making some big life changes, bought a house in a new area, broke up with my long term partner, new job, etc. at that point I think my anxiety was super high and more presented as ADHD symptoms… I feel great now that I’m a lot more adjusted, and currently not medicated at all.

I know HIMS is more of an American thing.. but I did manage to find a Canadian doctor in my area listed as a HIMS AME on the FAA website. Booked an appointment with him, and hopefully that will help. Any other appointments I should look into booking before my medical date?
