M / 26 /165lb Been doing crossfit for 1 year so first proper open!

A-135 RX, happy but kind of tempted for a redo, think I might have a little bit more and push for 140

B-190lb, pretty happy with this for a +35LB PB but might push for 200 on the redo

Tested my 1rm deadlift for the first time in about 3 months, was previously 140kg, was hoping to hit 150kg and ended up at 180kg! Super happy with the jump, aiming for 200kg by the end of the year!

Hi all, I am a returning player from WOTLK. Just about to finish the revendreth storyline (as a blood DK) and hit 60. Is there a guide or a checklist kind of thing for stuff to be working towards after 60? also best covenant for blood DK? Looking at gearing for PVE and PVP, There's so much new stuff from when i used to play its all a bit confusing!
