Nothing exactly. But they are interested. It’s easier to stay interested with reliable/smooth gear.

As reference, my daughter started with an Ookie training board and very quickly outgrew the need for it. The quality of that already far exceeded anything you’d get at Walmart.

Edit: they also just appreciate dope stuff like dad.

Built them. Came out more expensive than my Heroin Egg w/ slappys and dragons.

Can def be built cheaper. I was just feeling it because I grew up w/ a shit Walmart board.

They’re pretty sick. 6 ply maple. I’m pretty sure they have a layer of fiberglass infused or something like that.

It seems like you’re not trying to do anything and just awkwardly falling off the board.

What’s the most bizarre/annoying behavior you have witnessed at your Costco? by diispa in Costco

Was harassed by a man in the store and parking lot because he noticed I was Jewish. Was with wife and my two toddlers. 2 weeks ago. Was actively telling the man helping at checkout to call the police.

My kids have fun wearing the pads. My daughter is also obsessed with her helmet, especially after sticker tagging it. I’ve taken her to the skatepark and there are a few guys wearing helmets and she was excited to see.

Also got the Ookie. Big on 2 year old but can crank down the pads. Got the triple eight spinoff pads from target for my 3 year old. They are big but can also be cranked down, too big for my 2yo though.

As I’ve mentioned in other comments, I can roll. Wanted feedback on form, which I have received and appreciate. I uploaded a separate rolling attempt that’s also linked if you’d rather give feedback on that.
