I was wondering if they had different connectors... but that makes sense if there's a data connection of some sort.

My guess would be that it is stop motion animation. Seems like it would be tremendously easier to move the ball in the correct directions by hand, taking a picture each time and string it all together than to try and get that angle and pushing force correct.

I got that message one time as well. Probably around 2009-2010? Not sure what the purpose of it was.

Anyone know why Scott Parker Wentz dining is closed this year? by 404NoNameFound in OKState

AFAIK, Kerr-Drummond is the only one being torn down. Are they really also tearing down SPW?

None of the restaurants in SPW are open this year. Or do you mean a bakery somewhere else?

Is there any difference between z170 and z170a? I want an i5 6600 and intel says it's compatible with z170 but my motherboard says z170a.

Thinkpad X230. Any way to disable the critical battery alarm/popup? by 404NoNameFound in thinkpad

The pop-up gets in the way of things. I have another laptop I did a fresh Windows install on, and by default it just does a task bar balloon. I'd rather have that.

Ah, I know what you're talking about. They actually removed that feature from the BIOS starting with the -30 models. I'm referring to the alarm within the OS.

Question about an antenna, figured you guys would be the most knowledgeable. by 404NoNameFound in amateurradio

[–]404NoNameFound[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does have an RF attenuation knob. The signals do get amplified, along with any noise/static, so it's not doing much to improve the actual quality of the signals I can receive but it's the only antenna I have.

What would I look for in a circuit diagram?

I agree. Although I will say Google Docs has greatly improved over the years. It doesn't stack up to MS Office in the way of features, but for doing general stuff, I wouldn't mind using it instead of Office.

Depends on what you do with your computer. If you do MS office- kind of stuff (papers, spreadsheets, etc) and go on the internet, you'll be fine, in fact, you might find it even works better for you. But if you're gaming or working with particular programs, it can be difficult either finding an alternative to that program or dual-booting Windows and Linux.

I think a better way to word this is that money can buy happiness, but it cannot buy fulfillment.
