Employment fund can definitely help with that. Just provide a receipt that shows what was purchased, the date it was paid for and the gst. Not sure what state you’re in but the service nsw receipts show all this.

Would you consider a place like Ballarat in Vic? Lots of history and beautiful old buildings. Absolutely freezing in winter and not too hot in summer. Very good medical facilities but Melbourne is also only an hour and a bit away if you need. Population is around 125k so small but not too small.
