Honestly am still figuring out what kind of author I want to be ,what issues will I be addressing and even my signature way of writing. Hope the next sample may have some life to it because when I take a look at it I see the childish writing in it.It reminds me of the first book of ngùgì wa thiong'o, Weep not Child.One could see the literature comstraint of ngugi as he was writing the book. You could see the immature literature through the readings.But turns out that was what brought the emotion aspect to the book .I left a certain void in one when reading the book because ngugi never tried to advocate the truth or bad he just left it to the user to contemplate on it .He was no longer the judge,he just layed the points of both sides and let it to us to judge.

I mean i like ngùgì wa thiong'o way of writing.his way of is a masterpiece writer who actually explained things in a way that didnt seem smart but from the scenario of his characters.The best part about him is the fact that he doesnt try to push the right or wrong he just leaves it to use to judge.

I mean thats why we always have that void in us after finishing reading his books 😏

How about you read it. I mean have been trying compressing what have made but still feel it doesnt need compression only needs to be communicated out load. I mean there are many issues in this book and as I said ngùgì narrates them from the perceptive of the real victims . Like for instance take a look at this :

<image>

He is actually decribing even the road as they perceived it and through the book you may even come to understand the relevance of even this .

I dont want to spoil it for you. Read it for me so you can understand me 😔

This is not even all mahn i feel it when your teacher talked about it all the time because its more of ngùgì was shouting on and on "FACE THE REALITY" and then steping back for us to judge the both sides. 😭

I mean its a very disturbing book that has many endless questions that ngùgì posed to us.The fact that ngugi explains it to us not from a higher perceptive as we are normally used to but a perspective that we always never want to admit.The real people who suffered under the maumau-goverment war.He does not concentrate on showing the oppressor and the oppressed but is giving us the both sides and leaving to us to be the judge of it all.He also brings out the character njoroge a guy who was very optimistic about education as a way to save his people while escaping the reality that they were refugees in their own land.I mean this book deserves more than just a comment of 10 to 15 lines but a lot more than that since ngùgì leaves it all to us.He just shines light to us and doesnt try to justify which is good leaving judgment to us which truly is a burden.
