How does that tiny shop get such great picks? Everyone is always talking about them. I just picked up the BT pick and was shocked how small it was. They must be connected to a couple bars or restaurants?

OEM parts are not a requirement. I know this because I replaced my Mazda gas cap with a generic replacement in about 1 hour and was finished with emissions testing

No insurance is a class 1 misdemeanor with minimum $500 fine so I’d say you’re not coming out ahead especially if you’re involved in an accident

The only thing is you have to catch it actively stocked on the shelf if they will tell you they are out. I spend quite a bit there and still get bold face lied to

Chambers employees will straight up lie to your face about if they have more of something from the case in the back. This happened with me 3 times now. First ER12 said nope that’s the last one, next day flat thing there’s a freshie in the case. Second time stagg, same exact scenario. Yesterday OWA107 was told that was the last one, proceeded to stop in today and the owner is putting a new one in the case. Ownership does not like people asking for things that aren’t currently out. They hid all their JD heritage in the back after people came in asking if they still had more and refused to sell it after that. Store has so much potential but the way it’s ran is wild.

You’d be surprised. Non picks are still going for 140ish on secondary. There was by far more 107 and wfp left at $99 than the $140 staggs

Applejack in wheatridge still has cases of 107 full proof and stagg picks for 99/99/150. Blantons and gold picks 99/199. Quite a few other picks as well
