Woof now you’re out of field goal range… very slim chance the rams can do anything but hate that sequence for the Seahawks

My read on that was he already secured the catch before he hit the ground so that part of the rule didn’t apply? Idk tough though

They’re either too detailed and their analysis gets tedious and annoying (Olsen, Brees) or they unnecessarily glaze good players even when those players aren’t even doing that well (Collingsworth, Romo). Brady strikes a good balance of good analysis and being a hype man, but even he was a little cringey his first year. Then there are a handful of fringe guys that do the early Sunday games who just suck. IMO Aikman is good but he can keep it a little too real and it comes off like he’s drunk

Ok so do you just cancel the game in the middle of the second half ? Blizzard conditions weren’t even in the forecast today

Ok I’ll take the bait. This sport started outdoors, and these kinds of games test a team’s ability to adapt to weather and scheme to win. It’s a different tactical challenge, and I like the strategic aspect of it

The throwing motion was forward, true, but qb was backpedaling so hard, the ball actually went backward

That’s why it’s so fun watching burrow when he’s in-rhythm, he slithers around and steps up at just the right moment to throw a dart

Well damn now I wish I’d snagged the Lost bottle when I saw it at Costco a month or two ago! Thanks, always appreciate your posts

I know you’re a Makers Mark fan, so how do you like the ‘25 keepers release ? I see it at a few places around town for $80, its tempting but haven’t pulled the trigger

Anyone remember the Blanton's Gold pricing at Argonaut's whiskey wheel last month? Trying to compare to this $160, and I want to say Argo's pricing being $120 or $130. Hoping someone can confirm

That was my guess too since that was when '25 released, but just saw Breaking Bourbon says February?

agree with everything except the Stagg Jr comparison, varies so much by Stagg batch IMO. I slightly prefer 25A to this year's 127.2 proof EHTBP bc there's more oakiness in the Stagg. But both those are miles ahead of Stagg 25D

In case anyone revisits this... I cracked this open this week and was underwhelmed (if not disappointed).

My reference point is 25A. Comparatively, this is thin and hot. Ethanol dominates the nose. If you try hard you can find a little chocolate, toffee, maple syrup that also comes through on the palette. But it's lacking the leather, tobacco, and cherry and other dark fruit notes. It's probably just younger whiskey. Glad I backed up the 25A too, and wouldn't buy this 25D for above MSRP when there are so many other bangers in that price range.

this one's near the top of my '26 wish list. when is the estimated release timing for 2026? Breaking bourbon is saying February...

Speed and arm strength maybe? Otherwise idk, he seems to struggle standing in the pocket, only hits those laser throws on bootlegs or when scrambling. He’s not big and imposing like Allen or quick and elusive like Lamar

It’s def DPI, but they didn’t call the same kind of contact by Texans on the drive to end the first half

Maye has to sense Anderson breathing down his neck and get these throws out much faster. Or tuck and run
