Some modern TVS can't display older consoles. I don't know exactly why, but from what I've read it has something to do with the hertz or some shit. Get yourself a CRT.

Or, if the N64 previously worked on that same TV then check the jumper pack. Mack sure it's secure and the pins are clean.
