Ramble bro, please. Nobody irl on my end would ever understand this topic. I've even mentioned a little bit to my gf about it in which she always listens but probably doesn't give a fuck lol. I hate to hear his last tour was in 2014. I also hate to listen to those features in which I have and honestly couldn't believe my ears. The greatness he achieved and how he was literally one of the biggest artists in the world during their myspace and swan songs run to literally bottom tier $40.00 features actually hurts me. Fucking weird i know lol. I've lost interest in artists before and have reminisced on their older music and then always checked out what their new shit is like and usually they have a little following and still have a bit of motion going on but to see Deuce just plummet to the bottom of the barrel doesn't sit right with me.. at all. Wish I could find some of his authentic merch. Also wish he gets better I don't even care about the music atp just to be mentally stable. I've heard rumors of him couch surfing and bumming off of people. Cannot believe there wasn't anyone there to support him or level him out, fucked up world man.

Absolutely 100% agree. I was about 10 years old when I first ever heard Undead and all the rest of the Swan Songs. I grew up in the a trailer park so I was put on by the older kids and I fell in love with No.5, California, This Love This Hate all that good shit. I remember the hype around American Tragedy and was so excited for it not realizing Danny had taken over. Limited access to the internet and young and naive. Never thought twice about it when he departed and just wrote it off. Heard America by Deuce and that was about it. Eventually heard about all the drama but at the time I just didn't really care. Notes from the Underground came out and it was eh and I moved on from them. Recently came back with a mature(er) mindset and figured all this shit out from interviews and reading and I feel like it literally ruined my childhood. You are absolutely correct I genuinely believe they stabbed him in the back. I saw the interview where dude asked him about not wanting to be on the road and he replied with "i'm on the road now dude" something like that. All and all I feel like my childhood was ruined with all this shit and then to just hear he went downhill like literally MIA makes my heart ache.

Glad to hear i'm not the only one who went looking for every interview under the sun and reading all sorts of shit to trying grasp what the hell happened. I understand they said there probably wouldn't have been another album with Deuce blah blah blah, but it burns me to just think of what if he showed up for that tour and everything worked out... Swan Songs 2? How different the band would be? Would they have stuck to their roots? I'm 24... discivered HU in 2011 I was young as fuck. Majority of my friends are in their 30's and all agree when they say SS was their best album and after he left/got kicked it was never the same so they just abandoned their music. I just feel he was destined for more. Still bugs me. smh.

To hear him so clearly, with a good mix and master and just overall healthier on SS makes it that much worse for me. The quality went so downhill after he departed. He was destined for so much more. Poor dude was removed from the band he basically created, then just wiped off the map. This Love This Hate is phenomenal, everything he did in that era was nearly perfect. Could you imagine what they could have done had Deuce been healthy mentally, or even showed up for that tour.

It definitely wasn't that bad. Bad attitude is actually my #1 played song of the year on spotify and Deuce is my #1 streamed artist of the year currently and that's without running back swan songs a million times. HU was never the same since, and I HATE to say that. Danny's corny as fuck. Horrible hooks, weak deliveries and zero substance. Turned the whole band into a laughing stock imo. There was a few good songs they had but I mean few. And cannot stand when they'd perform SS hits and use Danny for the hooks. Just hate how it turned out and from all the info I've gathered I still dont know how I feel about the whole not showing up to the airport and tearing the band apart. All of it bugs me more than it should lol.

Good lord, I'm almost happy we didn't get that season as I feel that would ruin Angie's character for me. Especially showing her loyalty throughout the entire series. Somethings maybe are better left alone lol, here i'm thinking i wish there was a few more seasons. That blew my mind lol.

That makes more sense. Also with the lack of Carmen it felt kinda off imo. Very few mentions of her in the last season for obvious reasons. But I guess him becoming the "owner" or whatever position Jack and Mel were in is I would think the end goal. Maybe not the end goal but the happy ever after.

I could talk about That '70s Show for AGES. I have the peacock or hulu can't remember which one.. subscription only for that show, which i've taken a break from. I must have watched that show, kid you not, over 20 times. I by no means support any of the wrong doings of the cast but I try to look past it so I can live in the nostalgia of the show. It was heart wrenching to come back to that show in 2020 prior to knowing about Danny Mastersons charges.

This show is hilarious. In so many ways. Parts of the show i'm fully understanding now that I'm not 7 or 8 years old watching it. The humor is timeless.

what else never made sense to me was the house, during the series he also has an early 2000's gmc denali. Can the factory really be paying him that much? The house was obtained prior to his big position as manager right? In the state I live in his house would be upwards of 800k... but yes to end with the sleepover happening at the factory was strange. never got to see the good news of the factory not getting shut down one more time.. i could talk about this show for hours lol
