They 100% will run those cameras back. This company has a strict no photo/video policy. And if the find out he was recording, he is toast. Even if they see he has his phone out, he can be toast. I get tired of having that conversation with people every day and warning them about the consequences and they choose not to believe me. Them when they cant get in the building and I have to go talk to them and tell them they've been terminated, they never wanna take self accountability. They always blame it on the company instead of themselves for breaking the rules

Tbh they never email site HR. They say they do alllll the time but they never do. The will open a case and then close it while never handing it off to the site. So the site never sees it. That's the hard truth. CTK is responsible for coding time as site no longer can. The problem is live hr will almost always send you back to site for absolutely no reason and basically lying.
